The ability to learn is a prime asset

One of the prime assets of any community and organization is everyone's ability to learn. Learning means developing new knowledge, habits and experiments. Many people grew up in education systems that never taught them how to learn. This must be a new literacy given to people. We do better together and are smarter together to the degree we get better at learning. In some contexts it's a more significant asset than any tangibles.
