Should we be encourage students to become entrepreneurs?

New job growth comes from small companies. Now that we are getting better at knowing what drives startup success, we are in an optimized position to encourage and support students becoming entrepreneurs rather than a new generation of corporate and community service disengaged employees. Communities that cannot lure big businesses or big government funds will thrive more fully when they grow a new generation of entrepreneurs. Everyone wins.
