The conversation continues about how women and men are different or similar. What's most interesting is why we have these in the first place. They are old conversations that as such are not likely to lead to new perspectives. The question of why we're still having these conversations would be a new question. What are we trying to get at? What new outcomes do we want by finally understanding the gender relationship between men and women at work?
