Communities of interest

In any community and organization, there are people who do not know they have personal interests in common and so don't benefit from connections with those who do. This is easily fixed by creating Google Docs where people on their phones can join and engage with others with whom they share personal interests. It's a very simple and affordable way to build community every time.
