Should parents be given more flexible work hours than non-parents? Some workplaces flex to childcare needs at the expense of dissatisfied non-parents who resent not getting the same flexibility. If flexibility is possible for some, it could be for many or all who want to opt into it. At the very least, it's the subject of peer agreements not authoritarian dictates.
