Learning our way into the future

Leaders govern with fear by threatening and imposing change on people. This creates a learning-disabled culture as people become defensive and resistive. The opposite result happens when we instead shape a future based on learning in any forms or media. The learning frame engages people in ways they feel free to discover their way into the future.
