In his recent piece, Bringing Science To The Art Of Strategy, A.G. Lafley outlines three shifts that profoundly empower any strategy process:

  • Shifting from what we should do (urgencies) to what we could do (possibilities)
  • Shifting from what we do believe (dogmas) to what we would have to believe (pathways)
  • Shifting from what's the right answer (advocacy) to what are the right questions (inquiry)

This happens in the Canvas process we use for every kind of thinking and deciding together possible.
