Question based agendas

People contribute questions to frame agenda items that engages people more than agendas framed as topics. This grows curiosity, efficiency, participation and collaborative accountability. Framing agenda items as questions is intrinsically more engaging than agenda topics. It also makes conversations far more productive and require only relevant people in each agenda focus. This can be used in meetings, retreats and conferences.
