Do We Still Need People To Lead Meetings?

Not if the group has a good process like the Agile Canvas to guide them from beginning to end.  Woth a decent approach, the group can move fluently from uncertainties to discoveries and ideas to agreement and action. Every conversation we call a meeting can be productive, and no leader is required. Actually, when meeting leaders are untrained, they become more of an obstacle than help meeting success.
