When live matters

There are times when live conversations are by far better way to communicate than through text. With its lack of rich non-verbal context and discontinuities in delays, text is useful for anything that requires little more than emoji, sound bite or link responses. If a response beyond the content of emoji is desired or intended, a live conversation carries more possibility of accurate, useful, efficient communication.
