The call for mentoring

A senior manager in a huge multinational company this week at dinner opined about hiring new 20 somethings where there is for her a glaring discrepancy between women and men in this demographic, with the men being significantly less developed and mature.

This is likely not a call for training or higher performance expectations or incentives. It is a call for mentoring, and lots of it.
