Making conferences engaging

We received many kudos for our closing session at the national conference for conference planners. It was informative and engaging. The norm is still disengagement. For hours, if not days, hundreds of people listening to one person speak from the assumption that one person could be smarter than all of us.

It is consistently our experience that people long for well-structured engagement. They connect more and when invited, create more together.
